Based in Orange County, California, Scott W. Graves (www.scottgraves.com) is the president of The Liberty Lab, Inc., an online development and emerging media firm focused on clients in the non-profit sector and political arena.
Scott began his political activism at Partisan Media Group, publisher of the Red County network of political blogs (www.redcounty.com). He served as the company’s President & Editor-in-Chief until the organization was merged with an online financial commentary website in early 2009.
In 2009, Scott launched the Open Government Institute of California, publisher of CapitolVotes.org, to combine the tools of new and traditional media to directly impact the transparency, accountability, performance, and effectiveness of the California state government.
Scott earned an MBA from the University of Southern California. His studies emphasized information technology and strategic planning. He earned an undergraduate degree in political science from California State University, Fullerton.
